Regarding this agreement, it clarifies that “ it does not require modification of any organic law. We know that it is an executive agreement and that it must be fulfilled as soon as possible. The situation could extend until we have a Government if someone ends up being inaugurated at the end of the year. For now, at this Wednesday's meeting we want to know what plans Justice has regarding our agreement .”
For Ernesto Casado , “the current political situation conditions everything. There is general uncertainty about what may happen in the coming months in the Administration of Email Data Justice. Since before the summer we have had no news from the Ministry of Justice. Right now what we want in an interim scenario that is going to be extended is to know what the Ministry is going to do. Our agreement is pending resolution.”
