First, was wondering if anyone plays the Final Fantasy game Dissidia Duodecim.

I had never even heard of this one, lol.
I know that there are various devices out there which can emulate PSP. I don't know how you are with using flashcards and so on.
You might look into a Dingoo...or if there is a PSP emulator that will work on DS...and then get an Acekard...I'll have to research this one a bit.
Then you also need to find a ROM for the game in question.
Please note I do not ADVOCATE piracy....

Hmm.. I've never looked into the state of PSP emulation; I've just been assuming that it's not viable on my setup yet.
The PSP has more horsepower than the DS to begin with, so I'm sure it's not going to emulate properly on that system. I was under the impression that the Dingoo was too underpowered to emulate it properly as well (which looks to be the case from the Dingoo's specs).
PC emulation is a possibility, but I've had bad luck with anything more modern than the SNES on my PC. :/ Still, I'll poke around and see what I can find.

I know that GBA emulations seem to work decently.
DS emulations barely work. Might eventually try getting a PS 2 emulator to work.

Addendum: Some poking around seems to indicate that there are no PC-based PSP emulators that have evolved beyond an embryonic state.

Yeah...perhaps in time.
Might be a price drop on the PSPs once the PSVita comes out.

You might pick up a used PSP on the cheap.
I know I have an app that emulates a PS One on my PC. I have played Dragon Warrior 7 on it.
This was one of my VERY RARE exceptions to my non-piracy rule, normally, any time I get a ROM...I already have the game...or am considering buying it.
In this case, it was the one and only game I wanted that ran on PS One...and I wasn't going to buy a 300 dollar game system to play one game.
I really wish Arte Piazza...which did the remakes of DW 4 DQ5 and DQ6...would continue and make a DW7 and DQ 8 for the DS.
I would buy them if they did. I'd also get ROMs of them for my acekard...BUT I WOULD ALSO BUY THE LEGIT CARTS.
As I said, I don't ADVOCATE piracy....
