Just learned how to tell the Map Quality from the Map Seed.
The first two Hex digits of your Map Seed denote the Map quality, for example, DDXXXX would be a Map Quality of 221 (DD is 221 hexadecimal) C9XXXX would be quality 201 (C9 is 201 hexadecimal) and so on...
I KNEW there had to be a way to determine this, and now I know!
