Trust me, I'm not that funny unless I have someone else to play off of.
I'm not really that interested, and it's kind of impractical anyway since I do most of my gaming on my commute these days. I've never quite seen the attraction of Let's Plays in the first place, honestly.

I like seeing Let's Plays of people I know online. It's just like sharing a game you like with other people by playing it and let others spectate. It's fine if you don't want to. Obvious to be successful, you need charisma and the right subject, but you don't have to make them for big audiences. You can make them for fun, for a small audience of people who already know you.
