It's kind of the opposite problem in my case- I basically don't post anywhere that I use a handle these days except here (the vast majority of my posting is now actually on G+), and that has left me feeling like I don't have an identity that's separate from my real name anymore the way I used to... So I guess I'm kinda casting around looking for something that fits.
... This all seems kind of dumb when I type it out.

Not at all dumb. Besides, this is an RPG board. So you need to cast around to find the role that fits. It's all good! We love ya, anyway.
